11th Conference of Co-operative Bank Staff Association, UP started yesterday on 23rd April 2022 at Krishna Firm Auditorium at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh with great enthusiasm. Comrade Tapan Bose , General Secretary of AICBEF inaugurated the Conference. Minister of State, panchayet Sri Bhupendra Choudhary was the Chief Guest. Comrade G.Vairappan, AICBEF president, Comrade Surajbhan Sing, Secretary AICBEF, Comrade Ashok Kumar Roy, treasurer AICBEF spoke on various issues relating to Co-operative Banks and its employees. সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতা ও বাৎসরিক কর্মসূচীর মধ্য দিয়ে বিদ্যাসাগর সেন্ট্রাল কোঃ অপাঃ ব্যাঙ্ক (মেদিনীপুর) স্টাফ ইউনিয়নের উদ্যোগে আজ পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর প্রধান কার্যালয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো মহতি রক্তদান শিবির। এই অনুষ্ঠানটির শুভ উদ্ভোদন করেন ব্যাঙ্কের ভায়েস চেয়ারম্যান মাননীয় সন্দীপ কুমার ঘোষ মহাশয়। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সারা ভারত সমবায় ব্যাঙ্ক কর্মচারী ফেডারেশনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সদস্য মাননীয় স্নেহময় দত্ত মহাশয়। উপস্থিত ছিলেন অবসরপ্রাপ্ত কর্মচারী ও বিশিষ্ট সমবায়ী মাননীয় বিদ্যুৎ বিকাশ ভট্টাচার্য ও আশীষ কুমার দাস মহাশয়। এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন পূর্ব ও পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর এবং ঝাড়গ্রাম জেলার বিভিন্ন সমবায়ী কর্মচারী ও ইউনিয়নের সদস্যা ও সদস্যবৃন্দ।
সমগ্র অনুষ্ঠানটি সঞ্চালনা করেন ইউনিয়নের সভাপতি অমূল্য রতন চট্টোপাধ্যায় ও সম্পাদক মনোজিৎ দাস সহ উপস্থিত অফিস বেয়ারার বাপি কুমার পাল,গোপাল রায়,সেক্ আব্দুল রাফে,অদৈত্য মহাপাত্র,সুপ্রিয় জানা,পাপ্পু খান সহ উপস্থিত এক্সিকিউটিভ কমিটির মেম্বারগন। ইউনিয়নের সভাপতি সমগ্র অনুষ্ঠানটি সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য উপস্থিত সকলকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন ও শুভেচ্ছা এবং ভালোবাসা জানিয়ে ২ জন মহিলা রক্তদানকারী ও ২৫ জন নতুন রক্তদাতা সহ মোট ৫০ জন রক্তদাতার রক্তদানের মধ্যদিয়ে এই অনুষ্ঠানটির সমাপ্তি ঘোষণা করেন।।

সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক ব‍্যবস্থার কাঠামো গত পরিবর্তনের জন‍্য দীর্ঘ দিন যাবত নিখিল বঙ্গ সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক কর্মচারী ফেডারেশন দাবি করে আসছে। বর্তমান ত্রিস্তরীয় ব‍্যবস্থা পরিবর্তন করে দ্বিস্তরীয় ব‍্যবস্থা চালু করলে সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক ব‍্যবস্থার ব‍্যাপক পরিবর্তন ঘটবে। জেলায় জেলায় কেন্দ্রীয় সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক গুলিকে রাজ‍্য সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্কের সাথে যুক্ত করলে একদিকে যেমন রাজ‍্য সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্কের কার্যকরি মূলধন বৃদ্ধি পারে তেমনি রাজ‍্যের কৃষক ও অন‍্যান‍্য অংশের কাছে কম সুদে ঋণ পৌঁছনোর ফলে তাদের অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়ন ঘটবে।এছাড়া সারা রাজ‍্য জুড়ে একই রকম সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক ব‍্যবস্থার সম্প্রসারণ ঘটবে। রাজ‍্য জুড়ে সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্কের নতুন নতুন শাখা খোলা সম্ভব হবে এবং অনেক যুবক যুবতী কাজের সুযোগ বাড়বে।

অনেক দেরিতে হলেও রিজার্ভ ব‍্যাঙ্ক অফ ইন্ডিয়া নিযুক্ত এক্সপার্ট কমিটি এ বিষয়ে সহমত পোষণ করেছেন এবং RBI সংযুক্ত করনের জন‍্য গাইড লাইন প্রকাশ করেছেন। নিখিল ভারত সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক কর্মচারী ফেডারেশনের ডাকে বিভিন্ন রাজ‍্যে ও ব‍্যাঙ্কে ব‍্যাঙ্কে কর্মচারী, আমানতকারী ও সদ‍স‍্যদের কাছে আমাদের বক্তব্য নিয়ে যাওয়া প্রয়োজন। আমাদের দ্বিস্তর প্রথার দাবিকে কার্যকর করার জন‍্য জনমত গঠন অতীব জরুরি। সেই সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে আজকে তমলুক ঘাটাল কেন্দ্রীয় সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক এমপ্লয়িজ অ‍্যাসোসিয়েশনের উদ‍্যোগে ব‍্যাঙ্কের ত্রিতলে এক সভা থেকে গণস্বাক্ষর কর্মসূচির সূচনা করেন নিখিল বঙ্গ সমবায় ব‍্যাঙ্ক কর্মচারী ফেডারেশনের সহ –সভাপতি কমরেড গঙ্গাধর মণ্ডল।

সভায় সংগঠনের নানা বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়। প্রমোশণ, বোনাস অ‍্যাসোসিয়েশণের অফিস ঘর হস্তান্তর করার বিষয়ে ব‍্যাঙ্ক কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে ডেপুটেশন দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়। সভায় রাজ‍্য সংগঠনের সহ সম্পাদক কমরেড অশোক কুমার রায় কমরেড সঞ্জয় সাহা ও কমরেড সুশান্ত ঘোষ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
সভায় আলোচনা উত্থাপন করেন কমরেড বিকল্প সামন্ত। সভা পরিচালনা করেন সভাপতি হিমাদ্রী কান্ডার।

২৮শে আগষ্ট ২০২২ রাজ‍্য কমিটির বর্ধিত সভা সংগঠনের সদর দফতরে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। স্থির চিত্রে তার এক ঝলক।
সভায় সংগঠনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে আলোচনা ও সিধান্ত গৃহিত হয়।

13th Conference of Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Central Bank Employees Association ended with full enthusiasm at Ambedkar Auditorium, Srikakulam. Comrade C H Venkatachalam, General Secretary, AIBEA inaugurate the conference. 9th Joint District Conference of AIBEA & AIBOA, Uttar Dinajpur district was held today i.e. on 20.11.22 at CARITAS, Uttar Dinajpur. It was the 1st district conference as a preparatory of the upcoming BPBEA State Conference. In the open session, BPBEA State leadership Com. Kamal Da, Com. Rajen Da, Com. Rakhal Da, Com. Sanjit Da, Com. Subhasis Da were present there. Com. Sanjoy Saha and Com. Rup Kumar Roy represented ABCBEF in that meeting as invitees. The conference proceeds in a very organized manner where all the leadership delivered there valuable speech describing the following points………..
1. Past History of Indian economy and Banking Sector,
2. Role of AIBEA for organizing the Bank Employees,
3. Different struggles fought by AIBEA and fruitful results derived out of it,
4. Present day threat in the Banking Sector etc.
In the delegate session Secretary’s report was placed and was adopted with unanimous support. New district committee for workmen and officer association was constituted and a very good news for ABCBEF that Raiganj CCB leadership Com. Prantik Banerjee was selected as President and Raiganj ARDB leadership Com. Kaderi Kibria was selected as Vice President in the workmen association. Com.
